• Redmine Username
• Redmine Password (stored securely on your device)
• Redmine API Key (retrieved from your Redmine server and stored securely during app use)

This information is used solely to authenticate you with your own Redmine server.

Information Retrieved from Your Redmine Server

With your permission, the App may retrieve:

• Assigned issues
• Project information
• Time entries
• User profile information
• Issue details
• Project metadata

This information is displayed within the App and synchronized with your Redmine server.

Data retrieved from your Redmine server is not transmitted to Data Solutions.

Automatically Collected Information

The App may automatically collect technical information including:

• Device model
• Android version
• Application version

• Anonymous usage statistics

This information is collected through:

• Firebase Crashlytics
• Firebase Analytics

This information is used solely to improve the quality, reliability, and performance of the App.

3. Offline Storage

The App stores certain information locally on your device, including:

RM Timer Mobile uses Google Firebase services including:

6. Background Processing

The App may continue running a foreground service while actively tracking time.

This allows timers to continue accurately while:

• The phone is locked
• The App is minimized
• Other applications are being used

The foreground service is only active while time tracking is in progress.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Information may be shared only with:

• Your own Redmine server
• Google Firebase services
• Google Play services required for application functionality

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

• Secure local storage
• Encrypted communication using HTTPS
• Secure authentication with your Redmine server
• Google Play application signing

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Removing the application from your device will delete locally stored information.

RM Timer Mobile is intended for business and professional use.
