How it Works

C entral Building Authority Database Information Manage System (CBA DIMS) was develop to manage building plan records. It allows for the easy management of building plans, fence plans, pier plans, and tower plan. Plans are consolidated under individual owners for easy searching. It contains a vast number of reports that can be customize and exported. Additionally it contains many forms that are printable.

Reports

• Application Query – Build various reports by populating various text boxes and drop down list (town, village, district, project owner, date range of construction, etc.) • Query fence, pier or pool – Query by various parameters. • Query Tower – Query by various parameters.

Forms

• Application Form – Used for new application • Add attachment to application (pictures, receipts, permits, etc)
